10cc NS flush with 20cc 0.25% Bupivicaine with 5cc NS flush
Case 3: Abdominal Wall Abscess alternative to procedural sedation
TAP block for patient with known substance abuse disorder (opioids) and large abdominal wall abscess that needs to be drained
10cc NS flush with 20cc 0.25% Ropivicaine with 5cc NS flush
