Femoral Nerve Block Curriculum is up

The Femoral nerve block curriculum is posted and available here.  This is the one block that EVERY emergency physician should be able to perform quickly and with confidence.  ​Use this block for 
1. "Hip" fracture analgesia​
2. Femoral shaft fractures
3. Patellar fractures
4. Tibial plateau fractures*
5. Lacerations of the medial thigh and medial lower leg (saphenous distribution)

(* always perform in collaboration with ortho given concern for masking a compartment syndrome.)
